The safety of our clients is paramount. All our staff and volunteers are fully trained in the specific areas in which we work and operate under qualified counselling supervision. Our practitioners work within the Ethical Framework of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Assure (formerly The Lighthouse Centre) has a strong track record of supporting clients referred to us by the NHS. If for any reason, we believe a client needs support beyond what we can give we will always signpost them as necessary.
